About The founder of N=Me
I’m Danielle, founder of N=Me
A personalized supplement tracking app designed to help women truly understand what works for their unique body, cycle, and mind. My journey began with a personal quest for answers, leading to the creation of a tool that empowers you to discover your own path to wellness.
I was taking six different supplements and still had no idea what was actually working. I didn’t know what to stop, what to keep, or how to tell if anything was making a real difference. It felt confusing, overwhelming, and honestly lonely. I kept thinking, surely I’m not the only one struggling to figure this out?
Danielle Murray - Founder of N=Me
A bit about me
Hi, I'm Danielle, founder of N=Me, your partner in personalized data-driven wellness.
My interest in this started with my own health. I’ve always had a tough time with heavy, painful periods and anxiety that hits hard in the mornings. Sometimes it leaves me nauseous or physically sick. Add in chronic stress from working in a fast-paced corporate environment as someone who’s neurodivergent and living with dyslexia.
These experiences led me on a constant search for ways to feel better, often turning to supplements for hormonal balance, stress relief, and mental clarity.
But like many, I found myself with more questions than answers:
Was this magnesium really helping my sleep?
Was ashwagandha easing my stress, or was it just a good week?
I didn’t want hype. I wanted clarity and unbiased insights.
That’s why I started building N=Me. It’s a unique self-guided experiment tool that helps you test one supplement at a time, meticulously track your symptoms, and spot patterns in your mood, energy, and cycle. It’s more than a pill reminder or a simple mood log; it’s a personalized way to understand what your body truly responds to.
Why You Can’t Trust Most Supplement Advice Online, What to Do Instead
(And How N=Me Cuts Through the Noise)
Most supplement advice online comes from sources with inherent biases, often tied to product sales. Websites selling supplements that also tell you how great this supplement is, how trustworthy and unbiased is that claim?
The supplement industry is largely unregulated, leading to a flood of products with unsubstantiated claims and a confusing landscape for women genuinely seeking solutions. This lack of oversight means that much of the information available is driven by profit, not by objective science or individual efficacy.
I wanted to build something fundamentally different, a platform grounded in objective observation, genuine curiosity, and a commitment to personal truth.
My background is in science, specifically Geology BSc completing this degree, honed my ability to read and critically evaluate research with a discerning eye. I’ve applied this rigorous, evidence-based approach, spending years diving into clinical studies on vitamins, adaptogens, and minerals to understand the underlying science of what actually works for real people, not just what is marketed.
My goal isn’t to become a supplement or wellness influencer. My mission is to create a trusted, neutral space where women can think critically, track and reflect on their own outcomes, and get unbiased feedback about what’s helping and what’s not.
N=Me is about cutting through the noise, bypassing the marketing hype, and giving you the clarity you deserve, one personalized experiment at a time. It’s your personal lab for wellness, designed to empower you with your own data.
